This may not be the right place to bring this up... but...
The amount of time these sites are down is ridiculous, the fact the
company is  based around sharing internet access and selling routers makes
it even worse.. Why would anyone buy a router from a company that can't
even keep their sites online.. There is also never an explanation for the
downtime, it's never even mentioned.
