true : you can set static IP which are or aren't (as you wish) in the DHCP pool

exemple of my freebox configuration through web interface
- this service (router): enable (or disable)
- IP of Freebox: 192.168.0.254
- DHCP: enable (or disable)
- DHCP start: 192.168.0.10 [192.168.0.1 (min)]
- DHCP end: 192.168.0.20 [192.168.0.253 (max)]
- Ip DMZ: 192.168.0.0
- Ip Freeplayer: 192.168.0.1 (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freeplayer
(you can google translate this url if needed)
- Answer ping: enable (or disable)
- Proxy WOL: disable (or enable)
- port redirection: list of single port / UDP or TCP / to IP+port
10234 / TCP / 192.168.0.1 / 10234
10235 / UDP / 192.168.0.1 / 10235
61234 / TCP / 192.168.0.1 / 61234
- group of port redirection: list of "from port to port" / UDP or TCP / to IP
31234 - 31239 / TCP / 192.168.0.1
15123 - 15129 / TCP / 192.168.0.1
- permanent DHCP (MAC to IP redirection don't know how to translate
this): list of IP <- list mac address
192.168.0.1 / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
192.168.0.2 / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
192.168.0.3 / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
192.168.0.4 / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
192.168.0.5 / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
192.168.0.6 / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx

if you set the Freebox IP to 192.168.0.254 you are only allowed to
play with value between 192.168.0.0 and 192.168.0.254
........................................192.168.1.254.......................................................................192.168.1.0
and 192.168.1.254
.../...
